We believe that the work we do — making AI, security, and automation accessible to small and mid-market businesses — should start with a website that is itself accessible to everyone who visits it.
Our Commitment
ZaraAI LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards as a baseline, not a ceiling.
Accessibility is part of how we design and build. Every page, form, and interaction on this site is reviewed against the standards below before it ships, and again on a regular cadence after.
Conformance Standard
We measure ourselves against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological differences.
Our current conformance status is partially conformant. Partial conformance means most parts of the content fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, with the limitations noted below.
Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML, ARIA landmarks, and a visible "skip to main content" link on every page.
- Color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG AA thresholds for text and interactive elements.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, focus-visible states, and logical tab order.
- Responsive type that scales with browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or function.
- Respect for the operating system's prefers-reduced-motion setting — animations are disabled when requested.
- Descriptive link text and meaningful alt text on imagery that conveys information.
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content on the site may not yet meet our target. Known limitations include:
- Third-party embedded content. Calendars, scheduling tools, and similar widgets may not always meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Where alternatives exist, we offer them.
- Third-party form handlers. Forms on this site are submitted through external services. Their hosted confirmation screens are outside our direct control.
- Older blog posts. Articles published before our current accessibility baseline may contain images without optimal alt text. We update these as we encounter them.
- PDF documents. Some downloadable resources may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers. We are working through them.
Requesting Accommodations or Reporting an Issue
If you encounter a barrier on this site, or if you need information from us in an alternative format, we want to hear from you. We respond personally — not through a ticket queue.
Email info@thezaraai.com with the subject line "Accessibility Request". Please include the page URL, the issue you encountered, the assistive technology or browser you were using, and how you would prefer we follow up.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days and to provide a substantive response or accommodation within ten business days.
A Living Document
This statement was last reviewed in May 2026. We review it on a quarterly cadence and update it whenever we make material changes to the site, identify a new limitation, or close one out.
Accessibility is not a one-time project. As the web evolves, so does our work — and so does this page.
