By using ZaraAI's website (thezaraai.com) or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ZaraAI LLC provides AI automation consulting, virtual CISO (vCISO) services, AI security advisory, and digital products. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or product descriptions.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time.
• The Starter plan ($40/mo) includes a 10-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
• Onboarding fees for Growth and Scale plans are determined after a free scoping call and are waivable at our discretion.
• All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store payment card data.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact info@thezaraai.com within 7 days of a charge to request a refund.

4. Digital Products

Digital products purchased through our Gumroad store are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless the product is materially different from its description.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of ZaraAI LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Custom work product created for clients under a paid engagement is licensed to the client upon full payment. ZaraAI retains the right to reference the engagement (without confidential details) as part of its portfolio.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business details, workflows, or data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZaraAI LLC provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for excellence in every engagement, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service in the prior 30 days.

ZaraAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or sublicense our work without written permission
• Use our brand or name in a misleading way

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice. ZaraAI reserves the right to terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
