Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ZaraAI's website (thezaraai.com) or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ZaraAI LLC provides AI automation consulting, fixed-scope AI agent builds, virtual CISO (vCISO) services, and AI security advisory. Every paid engagement is governed by a written scope of work or service agreement. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

3. One-Time Agent Builds

We offer two fixed-scope builds. Each is a one-time purchase with a defined set of deliverables.

The Starter Agent — $325, one-time

• A working assistant connected to your email and your file storage.
• Core automations configured and running, including inbox triage.
• A written handoff explaining how it works.
• One month of light support while you take over.

The Integrated Agent — $789, one-time

• Everything in the Starter Agent, plus your calendar.
• Up to five additional integrations — for example Calendly, Slack or Teams, Notion, or your CRM.
• Custom skills and templates for your workflows.
• A written handoff and a support window while you take over.

Both builds cover a fixed scope of deliverables. Work beyond that scope — larger builds, audits, and one-off projects — is quoted separately and may be combined with a monthly engagement.

Care Plan — $197 per month, optional

The care plan keeps a delivered agent running as your tools and their APIs change. It is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time.

4. Monthly Engagements

Monthly engagements are priced by scope and depth of involvement. Published prices are starting points; we scope and quote every engagement in writing before work begins.

• Reconnaissance — starting at $1,424 per month. A focused engagement: single-process automation or ongoing maintenance, bi-weekly strategy calls, monthly reporting, and email support.
• Operations — starting at $3,026 per month. A broader engagement: multi-process automation, tooling integration and documentation, weekly strategy calls, and priority response.
• Command — starting at $8,010 per month. An embedded engagement: full AI workspace architecture, an AI security audit, a dedicated account lead, an embedded weekly cadence, and governance.

Hosting & security fee

Reconnaissance and Operations add a $325 per month hosting & security fee. It covers managed hosting, uptime monitoring, software updates, and security patching. Routine maintenance is part of that fee; new build work and larger changes are scoped within the engagement or quoted separately. Hosting & security is included in a Command engagement.

5. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store payment card data.
• The care plan, monthly engagements, and the hosting & security fee are billed monthly.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and, for consulting engagements, by your written service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of ZaraAI LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Custom work product created for clients under a paid engagement is licensed to the client upon full payment. ZaraAI retains the right to reference the engagement (without confidential details) as part of its portfolio.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business details, workflows, or data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZaraAI LLC provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for excellence in every engagement, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service in the prior 30 days.

ZaraAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or sublicense our work without written permission
• Use our brand or name in a misleading way

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice. ZaraAI reserves the right to terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
