Refund Policy

No Refunds

Digital Downloads & Downloadable Products

Due to the instant-access and digital nature of downloadable products — including e-books, PDF guides, templates, checklists, swipe files, and any other downloadable content — all sales are final and non-refundable.

Because digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds on these products. This is standard industry practice for digital goods.

This no-refund policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights where applicable by law.

Limited Window

Online Courses & Course Access

We stand behind our course content and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For online courses, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refund request submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
  • You have accessed less than 20% of the total course content
  • Both conditions must be met. Requests outside this window, or from users who have accessed 20% or more of course content, will not be approved.

To request a course refund, email jax@outpostgray.com with the subject line "Course Refund Request" within the eligible window. Include your name, purchase email, and course name. We'll process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We do not offer refunds in the form of store credit unless explicitly agreed upon.

Separate Agreement

Consulting & Professional Services

Consulting services through Outpost Gray operate under a separate written service agreement that is provided and agreed upon before any work begins. Refund terms for consulting engagements are defined in that individual agreement.

Exceptions & Disputes

If you believe there has been a technical error, a billing mistake, or you received a product that was materially different from what was described, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment processor. We're real people and we want to make things right.

Contact us first: jax@outpostgray.com with "Billing Issue" in the subject line. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide all relevant transaction records, purchase terms, and access logs to the payment processor. Chargebacks filed in bad faith (for products properly delivered and accessible) may result in account termination and loss of access to all purchased products.
